Although most of us send many emails every day, how many of us take time to indulge in the classic correspondence of letter writing? Everybody loves to receive post (particularly if it's not a bill) and a beautifully decorated envelope is always welcome on my doormat!

It has been revealed this morning that Alber Elbaz likes coloured pencils so much that he is to release a limited edition set! The box named “20 years of Supracolor by Alber” features a Parisian carrying Lanvin shopping bags. Supracolor’s maker, Swiss company Caran d’Ache approached Elbaz following a magazine interview which revealed them as his favourite brand. 
Last week I featured bigestivediscuit's handbag and in it she carried one of the chicest ways to be organised, a plain covered London a-z! The Philip's maps are plain so "that passers-by are not aware of the user consulting a map".

Who can forget that episode of Sex and the City in series 4 when Carrie takes to the catwalk with Heidi Klum in a pair of gold knickers and blue coat?! In the episode, Carrie completely freaks out about the prospect but she obviously looks fabulous and despite a slight hiccup gets great applause.
