Mathew Moves Into Theatre While Peaches Hosts PPQ Party Peaches Geldof hosted a launch party for her new PPQ line in London last night, which was attended by lovely Mathew Horne, as well as Peaches' husband Max Drummey. Mathew's got lots coming up with sketch show Horne and Corden in the new year, and he also recently announced that he will be joining the likes of Gareth Gates and Graham Norton in the West End next year.

Most of you actually admitted to loving the Peaches Geldof for PPQ range which she designed in her own style. The pieces are already available at Selfridges but they have now been added to Oli.co.uk so you can view the collection online.

There are dresses, skirts and even a vanity bag containing Collection 2000 goodies (they sponsored the Spring 2009 show). There is also a pair of velvet hotpants (£65) which are my personal favourite from the collection.

The dresses are vintage inspired with plenty of lace and rockabilly touches. Do you think the price is high for a celebrity range, or do the luxurious fabrics justify the price tag?

Last week Peaches revealed the inspiration behind her capsule collection for PPQ. The line is based on her own personal style which she described as "between very folk, Sixties hippy" and "grunge". Today the long-awaited collection hits Selfridges and below are some images of her modeling her own designs. Peaches stayed true to PPQ with vintage style monochrome and a cute prom dress. The influence from her own style is also very obvious, but what do you think of the pieces? Source

Fab Flash: Details About Peaches PPQ Line Revealed

Plans for Peaches Geldof's collaboration with PPQ were revealed back in March when she wasn't married and Disappear Here was merely a twinkle in her journalistic eye. Now, over six months later details for the release of the collection are finally being revealed.

Speaking to Vogue Peaches explained, "Designing for PPQ has been fun and inspiring. I love that my collection came out exactly as I wanted, blending new romanticisim with gothic undertones."

The capsule collection includes little black lace dresses, tops and high waisted tapered trousers also a handbag complete with everything you need for a night out.

Since Sunday night's episode of Disappear Here I'm sceptical about anything she undertakes but the range will hit Selfridges later this month with prices ranging from £95 to £195. She said her own style, which she describes as, "between very folk, Sixties hippy" and "grunge" influenced her designs. I guess the proof is in the pudding!

Peaches Geldof is getting a bit of a reputation for being stroppy. Last night she refused to DJ and generally sulked in Dublin, Ireland, while playing with her wedding ring.The young bride may not have had the happiest expression, but her skin looked great and her makeup was typically pretty. I love how she has used a dark rose colour on her lips and flicky black liner. Peaches' dark brows looked fashionably bold, whilst she showed off her great skin with minimal base and just a hint of blush. Her blonde hair had a definite hippie vibe, as she wore it straight with waves at the ends. The October issue of Nylon magazine is dedicated to 'it girls' and stars the impossibly cool Zooey Deschanel on the cover. Zooey (who has a striking resemblance to Katy Perry) poses in a simple shirt and dark tights but still looks amazing!

Other Nylon it girls include Daisy Lowe, Coco Rocha, Peaches Geldof and Portia Freeman. We have a couple of exclusive images of the latter three below. These images are not in the magazine but just for you Fab UK readers!

At the Topshop Unique show yesterday, girls about town Alexa Chung and Peaches Geldof snapped up front row seats at the label's London Fashion Week event. Alexa is working her trademark black winged eyeliner look with a hint of colour on her lips. She has her hair tied back with a severe middle parting. Peaches looks more glamorous, although I'm not sure about the two tone colour of her hair at the moment. However, I do really like her fresh-faced makeup look. Peaches Geldof has decided to take her journalism career in to her own hands with the launch of a new quarterly magazine entitled 'Disappear Here'. The publication is about music, fashion, film, literature and "all pop youth culture".

Peaches has often spoken of her desire to be a journalist and has presented several documentaries so it's not surprising that she has put the wheels in motion for 'Disappear Here' which she will be Editor-at-large of.

The magazine is set to launch before the end of the year but what do you think of the plans? Would you be interested to read a style magazine that was edited by Peaches?

Peaches Geldof's name is everywhere today admist talk of her Vegas wedding to Max Drummey. However, as well as this she is currently putting the finishing touches to her PPQ capsule collection.

The Times caught up with Peaches to find out about her clothing line and her wild-child lifestyle. The collection is due to hit stores at the end of October with dresses priced around £200. Expect dramatic, gothic styling as Peaches has been researching Harajuku’s “gothic Lolitas” in Japan whilst working closely with PPQ designers Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker.

The collection fuses elements of 1980s new romanticism and even Jack the Ripper. We're quite intrigued! Peaches adds at the end that Topshop jeans are her favourite. “The best jeans I’ve ever owned – the ankle is so tight; just what I look for.”

I don't usually look to London party girl Peaches Geldof for style advice but last night she must have felt inspired by her friends at PPQ as she looked pretty funky whilst heading to their Summer party. Sounds like she had a bit of a weird night as she cruised round London but at least she did it in style!

I really like her high waisted denim skirt, it's so wonderfully early '90s and she exaggerates the high waist with a chunky belt. The green ribbed cardigan softens the look slightly.

Although her brown boots make her look slightly more edgy she recently told the News of the World that Pixie is the edgy one. "Pixie is amazing – she has great style. Our style is pretty different. I think I’m a lot safer. She’s very edgy and cool. She’s going to be a real style icon of the future."

Earlier in the year we reported that Peaches Geldof would be designing a capsule collection for PPQ due to hit stores this Autumn. Well, if you can't wait any longer for a piece of Peaches's style then you'll be pleased to hear that she's set up shop on Ebay! The party-girl has taken to clearing her closet. Items on offer include a vintage '80s pink jacket, an evening dress designed by Julia Clancy and a denim dress by Diesel. Seems the daughter of Bob must be a little hard up, and maybe not as charitable as her father otherwise she might have considered donating to a charity shop. Current bids aren't very high (starting from £21) but would you buy from Peaches?

Peaches Geldof has her fingers in many pies. She is determined to not simply be a socialite. She has made previous attempts at journalism but has now turned her hand to fashion design. Peaches, who recently celebrated her nineteenth birthday, will be working with PPQ. There are many obvious links between Peaches and PPQ as she is always in the front row and has even appeared on the catwalk. It was announced today that Peaches would be creating a capsule collection of dresses, separates and bags for the London based design house.

Percy Parker, who founded PPQ with Amy Molyneux spoke to WWD about the collaboration,

"It's a natural progression that Peaches is designing with us, she has always been one of our most confident customers...We have managed to provide her with everything a girl needs to party in, and now we have put our heads together and taken things to the next step."

The line will be available in time for Autumn from PPQ's store on Conduit Street and will retail up to £195.
