This month's issue of W magazine reveals the cute bear mini-Karl costing $1,500 each. It is a limited edition design with only 2,500 in existence.Karl markets the bear himself saying, "Bears are very nice, as long as you are nice to them … Nothing scares me more than people with some doll collection. Frightening." W magazine describe the bear as, "imperious, lethally chic and yet totally endearing," but what do you think of it? Who Will Win British Designer of the Year?

This week the date was confirmed for the British Fashion Council 2008 British Fashion Awards as 25th November. The awards will take place at Lawrence Hall in London's Westminster. Last year Stella McCartney took home British Designer of the Year and we're wondering who might steal her crown this season. Although the nominees are yet to be announced we've speculated over possible nominees.Do you think that Stella will bag the award again, or will Christopher Bailey win it for a second time? On Monday, the latest Celia Birtwell for Topshop collection hit stores across the UK. The collection includes pretty blouses, jumpsuits and dresses all, of course, adorned with her gorgeous, classic prints.Jumpsuits are a relatively new addition to the capsule collection available in short length (£75) and full length. Personally, I think the shorter length would be more flattering on me but I still can't decide if I like it or not. What do you think?

Model Mother Laura Bailey was out and about yesterday pushing her baby around in the sunshine. I usually like Laura's boho style and I like the top half of her look here but then I looked down and saw her grey leggings peeping out from under her dress and her red fit flops.I can forgive the fit flops but I am not so sure about the leggings. Katie is in LA for further breast reduction surgery and it seems she is dressing for the sunny LA weather. For her, this is a very dressed down look but she still looks quite done up. Britain's Missing Top Model: Do You Agree With The Winner?

When we covered the final of Britain's Next Top Model some of you expressed annoyance at me revealing the winner so if you haven't watched Britain's Missing Top Model yet, fear not I will not reveal the winner just yet.
The episode started with the three remaining girls Sophie, Kelly and Jess. They had to do a difficult photoshoot with a photographer Amelia who did not appear to understand the point of the programme. She expressed the inconvenience of working with disabled models which came across a little insensitive. Another girl was then eliminated before a nude photo task after which the winner was chosen. Do You Love Flip Flops?

GQ writer Glenn O'Brien has this week spoken out against men in flip flops stating, "Flip-flops are for the beach or maybe for washing the car or spaniel. They are not the next big thing. They are the last sad thing on the road to stylistic surrender." Although he is actually referring to men in flip flops I can't help but wonder what impact this has on the shoe for women. For me, it's a Summer staple mainly due to it's comfort even though I know fashion isn't about comfort (if it was we'd all wear slippers to work). I like the annoying noise it makes (unless you're trying to run down the stairs) and that it's name is an onomatopoeia but O'Brien's harsh words have made me rethink. Do you love the flip flop?

In this week's episode of the slightly controversial model competition Britain's Missing Top Model the girls had to make an ice-cream TV advert. Deaf model Kellie Moody (top left) is unable to speak clearly and felt the task was unfair on her. She argued that as Sophie was allowed to go down the catwalk in her wheelchair that she should be allowed to sign rather than speak in the TV advert. She was eventually asked to film the advert using both forms of communication and it was clear she was more comfortable with signing. But did you think that she should have been made to speak? The most traditional of checks has had a face lift for Autumn/Winter. Part punk, part country house – tartan was all over the runway, with the girls wearing oversize blazers, shift dresses and even high-waist trousers, in various types of plaid.Roberto Cavalli, in his Just Cavalli collection, showed clashing checks, worn with leopard print tights, whilst at D&G, tartan got the girlie treatment with ruffles and pleating.On the catwalk is one thing, but how does this look translate to real life? If you have been watching Gok's Fashion Fix then you will probably have heard of a few ways to customise your wardrobe. With a few alterations, you can make High Street bargains look like high end pieces. However, I can't help but think that people can't really be bothered with changing their items. Are Loafers Really Back?

Our friends over at Elle UK tell us that everyone in the Elle office is currently wearing loafers and whilst every hip celeb from Alexa Chung to Fearne Cotton has been spotted sporting a pair I'm still not fully convinced. The ballet pump has reigned as the flat shoe du jour for many seasons now and has arguably outstayed it's welcome (thanks in part to it's celeb following of Kate Moss and Amy Winehouse). So whilst I am excited that change is in the air, I'm not convinced that loafers are really for me. The most popular pair currently on the High Street are from Topshop (see below) but they also featured on the catwalk at House of Holland where they featured the Holland shield. How do you feel about the new season shoe style? Are they really back?

Earlier in the year we reported that Peaches Geldof would be designing a capsule collection for PPQ due to hit stores this Autumn. Well, if you can't wait any longer for a piece of Peaches's style then you'll be pleased to hear that she's set up shop on Ebay! The party-girl has taken to clearing her closet. Items on offer include a vintage '80s pink jacket, an evening dress designed by Julia Clancy and a denim dress by Diesel. Seems the daughter of Bob must be a little hard up, and maybe not as charitable as her father otherwise she might have considered donating to a charity shop. Current bids aren't very high (starting from £21) but would you buy from Peaches?

The How Britain Shops report has found a decrease in shoppers loyalty showing that a staggering 25.2% of shoppers aren't happy with the items they bought and would prefer to shop elsewhere. The report is conducted by Verdict and paints a worrying picture for retailers during the credit crunch. 22.1% of shoppers, or 10.8 million people surveyed had no loyalty to the stores they shopped in. It seems that Marks & Spencers gets the most loyalty with 90.9% of those surveyed saying they were loyal to its footwear range. Do you feel loyal to certain stores or do you shop everywhere?

The latest Roberto Cavalli ad campaign features his signature animal prints, but I am weary. The exaggerated leopard print appears on a maxi dress which is a slight twist on the classic style. From leopard to zebra or giraffe, animal prints are never far from the catwalk but, do you wear animal prints?

You can never have too many pairs of shoes and it seems there is always a pair that you need just around the corner. But when you've got a pair home how well do you look after them?
