From long length turn ups a la Agyness, to Kate’s micro mini pair – it’s the look de jour... even if you need to put a pair of black opaques underneath them in the rain.
No one does sloppy chic better than Kristen Dunst. Here she is on the streets of SoHo looking '90s grunge fabulous in a loose plaid top, short shorts, and flats.
The plaid top itself screams '90s but leave it to Kirsten to put icing on the cake with her signature Ray-Ban Wayfarers and messy hair.

Kate Moss won us all over this week as she beamed holding the baby of a fan whilst showing off her pins in some cut off shorts. Well, as always Kate was on to something with those shorts as Kirsten Dunst quickly followed suit. Kate teamed hers with gladiator sandals where as Kirsten opted for ankle boots. Both girls have worn shorts with a big t-shirt sticking to the old theory of legs or cleavage.
There's only a certain time in the year when you can get away with wearing short shorts; now is the time. These See by Chloe Embroidered Denim Short ($410) offer a fun twist to the classic cut-off but at that expensive price, I'm hoping everything is hand stitched.
