The current financial climate has had an impact on the catwalks of Paris where designers are creating much more wearable lines. Yesterday, Italian designer Riccardo Tisci presented his collection for Givenchy. 
It's couture season in Paris as Lanvin opens the week with a party. The first day included a John Galliano for Dior show with celebrity support from Claudia Schiffer and Eva Mendes. Galliano showed his Spring couture line for Dior presenting a typically dramatic collection.
