Yes-ish.
I do wear liner all the time (simply cause I'm clueless at using eyeshadows), but the rest is more because I seem to wear - according to people - unusual necklaces all the time; one's in vegetal ivory and the other is earthy jade.
Plus I'm tiny with a mass of curly hair, so I think people notice that more than any makeup I'd wear!
