Chloe Sevigny attended the Women's Health "Down To Earth" event last night in New York in a monochrome outfit and ankle boots. Normally I love Chloe but something about this outfit isn't quite right, maybe the skirt is slightly too high waisted. What do you think?

The combination of such a high waist and hemline just make it look like she has pulled it up too far. I think she takes geek chic a step too far.
